She Was Born April 21, 1953, In Indianapolis, Indiana. She Was A Loving Wife And Mother. She Was A Retired Nurse. She Attended Bryman School Of Nursing, Ivy Tech School Of Nursing In Indiana And Was An LPN. Patti Worked At Numerous Doctor Offices And Hospitals, But Her Favorite Position Was Working At Riley Children's Hospital Of Indianapolis. Patti Was Preceded In Death By Her Mother, Beatrice Stafford, Who Also Died This Year. Patti Was A Member Of The Quilt Guild In Sparta, Tennessee, The Monterey Garden Club, Loved Cooking, Taking Care Of Family And Friends, And Going To Car Shows With Her Husband. Survivors Include Her Husband Of 45 Years, Ingvar H. He Was A Computer Technologist Working With Dekalb County Schools In The IT Department. He Was A Graduate Of Monterey High School Class Of 1991, And Of Tennessee Technological University Graduating With A Degree In Microbiology. He Worked As A Microbiologist In Virginia With ATCC And In Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, With Nestle Waters. Ms. Dolinich Passed Away On Sunday, October 1, 2017, At Her Home. Ms. Dolinich Was A Homemaker, Loving Mother, And A 2001 Graduate Of Clarkrange High School. She Was Survived By Her Children, Delanie Dolinich, Kolton Dolinich, Cambree Dolinich, And Clay Jenkins All Of Clarkrange, TN; Mother And Stepfather, Gloria (Allred) And David Nixon Of Cookeville, TN; Father And Stepmother, Ronnie And Natalie Swallows Of Clarkrange, TN; Sister And Brother-In-Law, Ashley And Chris Looper Of Cookeville, TN; Brother And Sister-In-Law, Jasper And Danielle Swallows Of Monterey, TN; Maternal Grandmother, Dimple Allred Of Clarkrange, TN; Paternal Grandmother, Elza Swallows Of Monterey, TN; 1 Niece And 1 Nephew. In Lieu Of Flowers, The Family Requested Memorials Be Given To Any Bank Of Fentress County Or Bank Of Putnam County Branch To Assist Ms. Dolinich's Children. The Family Received Friends At Goff Funeral Home On Sunday, October 8, 2017, From 4:00 PM Until 7:00 PM.

Douglas Phillips, Age 68, Of Crossville, Tennessee, Passed Away On Sunday, October 1, 2017, At The Cumberland Medical Center In Crossville Following An Extended Illness. Mr. Phillips Was Born On March 18, 1949, In Monterey, Tennessee, To The Late Dallas And Christine Looper Phillips. Mr. Phillips Was A Graduate Of Monterey High School. He Joined The United States Marine Corps And Served Tour Of Duty During The Vietnam War. He Operated A Television Repair Shop In Cookeville For Several Years. He Later Fulfilled His Dream Of Becoming A Private Pilot With Training At The Sparta Airport. On One Occasion, To His Mother's Delight, He Flew To Anderson, Indiana, To Pick Her Up From A Family Visit And Flew Her Back Home To Tennessee. He Later Became A Commercial Pilot Flying Freight All Over The United States. Doug Enjoyed Having Serious Conversations About World Events And Politics, And Took Particular Pleasure In Challenging Folks On What They Knew And Why They Held The Positions They Did. He Was Survived By, 4 Sisters, Lucille Langford Of Anderson, IN, Emogene (And Gary) Carr Of Livingston, TN, Delois Randolph Of Monterey, TN, Juanita Pierce Of Monterey, TN; And Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces And Great Nephews. In Addition To His Parents, He Was Preceded In Death By His Grandparents, Willie Joe And Emma Looper, Gools And Pearlie Phillips; Brother, Dwight Phillips; Nephews, Marty Durham And Rodney Randolph. His Wishes Of Cremation With Private Family Services Were Honored.
